To me, product design is about empathizing with users and creating intuitive solutions to their problems. I get excited by going into a case thinking I know the customer solution in mind but discover it's something completely different after conducting user research with the customer.
For me, the excitement I get from product management is in continuous learning, both through technology and discovering your users. Users can always teach you something, whether it’s uncovering the true problem or revealing insights that lead to better solutions than you originally imagined.
How can you not get excited about that?
